By downloading, installing, or using Dopiqo ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Dopiqo is a digital wellness application designed to help users develop awareness of their digital habits and reduce autopilot phone usage. The App provides:

• Intent awareness prompts before opening tracked applications
• Emotional reflection tools after app sessions
• Usage statistics and behavioral analytics
• Gentle usage limits and focus break features

3. User Account and Subscription

3.1 Free Version

The free version of Dopiqo allows tracking of up to 2 applications with full access to intent prompts, emotional reflections, and basic dashboard features.

3.2 Premium Subscription

Premium features include unlimited app tracking, advanced analytics, and additional insights. Subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for its intended purpose of digital wellness
• Not attempt to circumvent or disable the App's features
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Provide accurate information when using the App

5. Privacy and Data

All emotional reflection data and usage statistics are stored locally on your device and optionally synced via your personal iCloud account. Dopiqo does not collect, store, or have access to your personal emotional data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of Dopiqo and its licensors.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. Dopiqo is a tool for building awareness and is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment. If you are experiencing mental health issues, please consult a qualified healthcare provider.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOPIQO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
