Important: All of this data is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's Core Data framework. Dopiqo cannot access this data.

1.2 Optional iCloud Sync

If you choose to enable iCloud sync, your unlock events, statistics, and reflections will be synced across your devices using Apple's CloudKit service. This data:

• Is encrypted in transit and at rest
• Is stored in your personal iCloud account
• Is never accessible to Dopiqo
• Can be deleted at any time through your iCloud settings

1.3 Data We DO NOT Collect

• Your email address or phone number
• Your location data
• Your contacts or photos
• Content from the apps you use
• Any personally identifiable information

2. How We Use Your Information

Since all your data stays on your device or in your personal iCloud account, we do not use your information for any purpose. The App processes your data locally to:

• Display your usage patterns and statistics
• Provide awareness prompts at the right moments
• Track your progress over time
• Deliver the core functionality of the App

3. Apple FamilyControls Framework

Dopiqo uses Apple's FamilyControls and Screen Time API to monitor when you open tracked apps. This framework:

• Requires explicit user authorization
• Only monitors apps you explicitly select for tracking
• Does not provide access to content within those apps
• Operates entirely on-device
• Can be revoked at any time through iOS Settings

4. Third-Party Services

4.1 Apple App Store

If you purchase a Premium subscription, your payment is processed through the Apple App Store. Apple may collect payment information in accordance with their privacy policy.

4.2 Analytics

We do not use any third-party analytics or tracking services. Your usage of the App is completely private.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures:

• All local data is protected by iOS encryption
• iCloud sync uses end-to-end encryption
• No data is transmitted to external servers
• App uses iOS security features like Keychain for sensitive data

6. Your Rights and Choices

You have complete control over your data:

• Access: All your data is accessible within the App
• Delete: Uninstalling the App deletes all local data
• Export: Contact us for data export options
• Opt-out of iCloud: Disable in App settings or iOS Settings
• Revoke permissions: Disable Screen Time access in iOS Settings

7. Children's Privacy

Dopiqo is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

8. International Users

Your data is stored on your device and in your iCloud account, which may be located in different jurisdictions depending on your Apple ID region. Dopiqo complies with applicable data protection laws including GDPR and CCPA.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
